The second model home of our 2014 Grand Opening is the Windsor - opening on Saturday January 24th in the Bowman Meadows neighborhood, located at 2010 Timber Oak Ct, Marion.  

The Windsor features: 

• Over 3,100 of finished square feet
• Large kitchen with corner pantry, bar area and plenty of counter top work space
• The back hall features a drop zone and half bath
• Separate his and her vanities in the master bath with a 5 foot custom tile walk-in shower
• The lower level has multi-levels giving the rec room and bar area 10' ceilings

Grand Opening incentives include:
